Having an Attitude of Gratitude to me,means being thankful for everything that is in my life.The good and the bad.About 8 years ago I went through a really bad depression after having my daughter.I wasn't able to do a lot of "little" things that we get used to doing everyday like cooking a meal for your family,taking care of your kids,washing the dishes,going to the store to pick up a few things.I was so sick I could hardly get out of bed and when I did,I was very tired right away.
I cannot even begin to express how grateful I am that I have been healed from it and that I am able to do these things today.Had I not gone through it I would have never learned to be grateful for all the little things in life,things that we take for granted.
I want to pass this award on to a few other bloggers.I'm supposed to pass it on to 10 but a lot of them already have this award.

Monica, thanks so much for the award. I get so excited when I get an award. I've only gotten two so far so thanks! Now don't be a lurker anymore. We're friends now. I'm following your blog now too so we can visit each other regularly and comment and get to know each other. I like your blog. I enjoyed reading through all of your posts.
