The kids came home last friday and they can't wait to go back to camp next year.
I have to say I'm kinda looking forward to it now that I know they enjoyed it so much and were ok without me for a whole week.
I heard they had awesome services and all the kids came back excited about what God had done for them.
We haven't had a lot going on this week just trying to stay cool inside the house.
It has been so hot the kids don't even ask if they can go outside, not even to go to the neighbors house! Tomorrow I plan on spending the day with my sister and my nieces. My niece is having a 15th birthday party in October and I'll be doing her pictures for the invitations(or at least try). We'll see how that goes cause we'll be doing them outside! We'll start early though, before it gets too hot.
Our church has started a new blog for ladies and our Pastor's wife posted a great blog on friendship. It's called Honorable Vessels and several ladies from our church including myself, take turns posting everyday,mon-fri.so stop by and take a look.
And my friend Kim has started her own blog too! When you have a chance, stop by and say HI! You can find it here.
Hope to post some of the pictures I take tomorrow so I can get your opinions.I wish a certain friend still lived here so she can help me cause she does an awesome job and actually knows what she's doing!
Have a great Thursday,
Monica

Hi there! Thanks for following me!!
I just love your blog, and I have to tell you the neatest thing... Philippians 4:8 is the verse I have been memorizing this past two weeks. I am doing a twice a month verse via the Beth Moore site, and really resisted this one, but felt like the Lord was really pressing on me to memorize this because so often my thoughts wander to what's not true, noble, pure, right, lovely, or admirable! And I was just cleaning my kitchen saying it to myself, before I checked my emails and found your sweet blog, and there was "my" verse. I just thought that was cool...
Blessings,
Sasha
Great blog, Monica. Don't worry, you will take great pics! :) Thanks for telling everybody about my blog....:)
I'm glad the kids had a good time at camp. Did you know I never went to camp when I was young? Can you believe that? I was too shy to do that. Would've never wanted to be away from my momma....:) I'm so silly.
Love ya,
Kimmie
LMM,that is cool!Don't you just love the way God uses little things like that to confirm things to us?
Thanks for following my blog,I'm looking forward to reading more of yours.
Hugs,
Monica
I think it's so neat that your church has a blog just for women!
Thanks for the compliment...I wished I was there too. Not to take pics or show you anything because you are full of awesomeness...No, I just want to be there to see you again and go eat with you guys or something. I love and miss you!!! Can't wait to see the pics you do.
Hey, the program I use is Picasa and you can download it for free at Picasa.com or you can also try PicNik.com. I use both of them because I haven't learned how to use everything on Photoshop yet. A friend here is teaching me some neat things about photoshop so I should be having some great new pics soon.
